Includes–3500 PSI 10″ concrete wall with steel #4 rebar reinforcement, pool excavation, removal of excess soil, grading of pool area up to 10′ from pool wall, Choose of Merlin (Value Max Liner) 27 Mil liner of choice, 1/4 poly foam padding, top mount track, 2 wide mount skimmer ENCASED IN CONCRETE, 2 return jets, dual main drain, 1 Hp pump, DE filter and multiport valve, 2″ rigid PVC plumbing, quick- disconnect unions, Sand bottom, 4’x8′ outside concrete steps with textured Vinyl steps, stainless steel ladder, 1-500w light, pole, wall brush, net, test kit, rope and floats, Winter Poly cover and water bags, Start-up chemicals, pool orientation/ demonstration. (Pool equipment will Be located within 15 feet of the pool.) 

Any Liner that is not a Value Max will be an Additional 35% cost of standard liner cost. Any townships or villages that require drywells for backwash will be an additional cost to the homeowner.
