Rob and his team from harbor pools were terrific.  We interviewed a few pool companies. Rob creativity, was willing to work within our budget and provide a high quality pool is what made him stood out.  When his team started, they were extremely efficient.   We have heard of companies starting pools and taking 3 months to complete.  Rob took 3 weeks start to finish. We couldn't be happier with the final outcome of our backyard. We are incredibly happy with our pool and patio installation. Robert was a pro from beginning to end, and willing to answer all our questions and troubleshoot throughout the process. He continually checked in with us, made the approvals process easy, and even went above and beyond to ensure that the finishing touches throughout the yard were perfect. Decided to do the pool in my house called several places only 4 showed up and one of them was Harbor Pools. Rob came to my house took measurements gave me a few ideas, and  multiple options, within a few days. I had a 3-D drawing in my email with pricing, prices were very reasonable other companies that came were extremely high, one  was very low, so I was very skeptical. Rob‘s estimate was very reasonable compared to others.  We made a few changes from the drawing, a few weeks later Rob and his boys got to work. He only took him a few weeks to do the pool. We hired Rob and his team from Harbor Pools to upgrade our back yard. They were meticulous, thorough and incredibly courteous! They heard our vision and transformed our yard into a complete paradise! We are beyond grateful for finding a company that goes above and beyond for the client! Our project was full surrounding  patio / outdoor kitchen and bar and pool. I had received a couple of quotes prior to calling Harbor. None of them were as professional and knowledgeable as Robert. Everyone else comes in and tells you what you should do, Robert comes in and holds a Q&A discussion to see what YOU want. Then makes suggestions based on your requests. The 3D drawings are great too. Once we agreed on the design, the work moved swiftly. My family couldn’t be happier.
